Personal training for women

Personal training for women 35+.

Personal training for women 35+ who want supportive coaching, a clear plan and a routine that fits real life.

Start with the life you have now.

Work, family and years of putting other people first can leave very little space for your own training. If a gym routine has repeatedly fallen away, a regular appointment in your own home can remove one of the practical barriers.

Maree works with women 35 and over who want to feel stronger, build fitness and create a routine they can maintain. The focus is individual coaching: your starting point, your goals and the time you can actually make available.

You do not need a history of lifting weights or a particular level of fitness. Equally, if you have trained for years and want more structure, the program can build from that experience.

What the coaching focuses on.

Strength you can build on

Learn movements at a level that suits you, get technique feedback and progress the training as your ability develops. See more about strength and mobility coaching.

A workable approach to food

Nutrition coaching focuses on everyday choices, food quality and habits that support your training. The aim is understanding and consistency, with room for the foods you enjoy.

Someone who follows through

Training appointments, check-ins and program adjustments give you a structure to return to. Maree coaches you herself throughout, so you do not need to explain your situation to a different trainer every week.

Returning after a long break?

Your previous fitness is useful background, not a standard you need to reach before getting help. Let Maree know what you used to enjoy, what has made exercise difficult and what you would like to feel more confident doing now.

The first conversation is also a chance to discuss practical details: your suburb, available days, training space and any considerations that should shape the screening process. If medical clearance or input from another health professional is needed, that comes before the relevant training.

For women navigating changes in midlife, the coaching can be adapted to current ability and how you are feeling. Maree provides exercise and habit coaching; she does not diagnose hormonal issues or offer medical treatment.

Personal coaching in the Lower Hunter.

Maree brings 14 years of coaching experience and eight years of F45 ownership in Sydney. After moving to the Hunter Valley, she built her in-home service around private, individual support. Read Maree’s background and approach.

Visits are offered in Lovedale, Pokolbin, Branxton, Greta and Lochinvar, with surrounding suburbs considered by enquiry. Check the service area and discuss a suitable time before committing to training.

Common questions.

Is this suitable for women over 40 or 50?

The service is designed for women 35+, including women in their 40s, 50s and beyond. Suitability depends on your individual circumstances and screening, rather than age alone.

Is weight loss the only goal?

No. Your goals might include building strength, improving fitness, confidence with exercise or a more consistent routine. If body composition is a goal, discuss what is realistic for you without a promised result or deadline.

What if I dislike gyms?

Sessions take place privately in your home. There is no gym membership, group class or commute to the training floor.

How much does it cost?

Current options are published on the training packages page. You can talk with Maree first to check fit and availability.
