One-on-one personal training in your own home, with Maree there to guide the session and keep your progress moving.

In-home personal training gives you individual coaching without the trip to a gym. Maree comes to your home, works with your available space and guides the session from start to finish. You have someone there to explain each exercise, watch your technique and adjust the session to your starting point.
The service is designed for women 35+ across the Hunter Valley and Lower Hunter. You might be returning after years away from exercise, finding gym classes difficult to fit in, or simply wanting a private appointment you can keep.
The current founding package includes two 60-minute in-home sessions each week. The Kick-Starter Month includes four in-home sessions over four weeks, one a week. See the full package details and prices to compare the options.
A dedicated training room is not a requirement. Maree can work with the space and equipment you already have and bring additional equipment when needed. The practical setup is discussed before training begins.
Choose an area where you can move comfortably, with a stable surface and enough room around you. Tell Maree about stairs, limited space or anything that could affect a visit. You do not need to buy equipment before that conversation.
If you already have weights or a home gym, your sessions can make better use of them. If you are starting with very little, the program starts there.
The coaching includes practical nutrition education, habit support and accountability between sessions. The aim is to build a routine you can repeat through normal weeks, including the busy ones. Training and habits can be adjusted as Maree learns what is realistic for you.
