Meet the trainer who will turn up at your door, learn what works for you and support your progress.

Maree Stuart is a personal trainer with 14 years of coaching experience, including eight years owning an F45 studio in Sydney. After having her son and moving to the Hunter Valley, she rebuilt her coaching around coming directly to clients in their own homes.
Her service focuses on women 35+ who want individual support with strength, fitness, food habits and consistency. Maree coaches each client herself, bringing the relationship and accountability of a regular appointment into the place where everyday habits happen.
Your experience, available space and goals shape the training. You can ask questions as you go and discuss what needs adjusting.
The coaching includes personalised in-home sessions, nutrition education, check-ins and program adjustments. The emphasis is on habits you can use in your normal week.
Training at home gives you a one-on-one appointment without a gym commute or a crowded training floor. It also lets the program work with the equipment and environment you actually have.
Maree’s role is personal training and coaching. She does not diagnose or treat conditions and is not a doctor or dietitian. Screening helps establish a suitable starting point; where another professional’s guidance is needed, that takes priority.
You can read existing client feedback on the homepage, explore how in-home sessions work, or book a conversation to ask Maree about your circumstances directly.
Current service areas include Lovedale, Pokolbin, Branxton, Greta and Lochinvar. For a nearby suburb, check travel and availability with Maree first.
Start with a relaxed 20-minute conversation. Talk through your goals, your suburb and the session times that could work for you.
